Draft bill on remote working

The Polish government is currently working on a bill to regulate remote work to replace the current telework system. The proposed new rules contain a number of obligations for employers, including agreeing remote work terms with trades unions active in the business, or, if none exist, consulting on the rules with employee representatives. The changes will come into force 3 months after the end of the COVID-19 state of emergency.
