Units / factories in SEEPZ-Special Economic Zone, Maharashtra to provide creche facilities

The Office of the Development Commissioner, SEEPZ-Special Economic Zone, Maharashtra vide circular dated 12 January 2023 has directed units / factories engaging more than 50 female workers to provide creche facilities to their female employees, and further directed units / factories unable to provide such creche facilities to use common creche facilities provided by the SEEPZ-Special Economic Zone authority by payment of fees as prescribed.
