- promotion of mental health awareness through campaigns and training;
- regular evaluation and monitoring of implemented actions and their adjustments;

In relation to actions and policies concerning transparency and accountability, companies must:
- regularly share information through their communication channels about the initiatives and policies which are aimed at promoting mental health and employee wellbeing;

Once obtained, the Certificate will be valid for two years and non-compliance with the requirements established by law may result in the revocation of the Certificate.
Companies that receive the Certificate are allowed to use it in their communication and promotional materials to demonstrate their commitment to the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.
