At a glance
- The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has established a working group to prepare the national implementation of the EU directive on gender pay transparency (Directive).
- The term of the working group ends on 31 March 2025.
- According to prime minister Petteri Orpo’s government plan, the aim is to enact the Directive in accordance with its basic level and the minimum rights and responsibilities it prescribes.
