The first half of 2023 is an extremely busy time for Polish employers. At the end of April, a wide range of amendments to the Polish Labour Code are expected to come into force, enforcing a number of obligations on Polish employers, including the implementation of the EU Directives on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions, Work-life balance for Parents and Carers as well as the introduction of remote working.
