Access to employees' vaccination status, changes to the law on the employment of foreigners, and minimum wage

In the last few weeks the DLA Polish Employment team have published new articles on the Polish Employment Law blog. The first one focuses on access to information regarding employees’ COVID-19 vaccination status. The article discusses proposed legislation that would allow employers to require that employees provide information about a negative test result, about vaccination(s), or about recovery from infection. The next article addresses changes to the law on the employment of foreigners. And the third article lays out the minimum wage in 2022.
In the following weeks, the team will publish articles on the key issues for employers when terminating an employment contract without notice and on what characterises a remote working accident.
