Effective January 1, 2027, Columbus, Ohio amended its pay transparency ordinance to require employers with 15 or more employees within the city to include reasonable, good faith salary ranges in job postings. The law defines 'salary' to include wages, commissions, hourly earnings, and other monetary earnings. The law does not apply to employment postings for positions that involve internal transfer or promotion within an organization.
