From January 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Mexico will increase by 13%, raising the General Minimum Wage from MXN278.80 to MXN315.04 and the Minimum Wage for the Northern Border Free Zone from MXN419.88 to MXN440.87.
Likewise, the Mexican government has already published the list of minimum wages in effect as of January 1, 2026 for professions, trades and special jobs.
