National Minimum Wage to increase from 1 January 2026

  • The Irish government, in its Budget 2026 released on 7 October 2025, confirmed that the national minimum wage for individuals aged 20 and over will increase by EUR0.65 to EUR14.15 per hour, effective 1 January 2026.
