Mexico launched a new platform for workplace complaints and accident reporting

On September, 4, 2025, Mexico’s Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare introduced the SIQAL system, a new online platform designed to streamline the reporting of workplace complaints and accidents.

Through SIQAL, employees can confidentially report labor violations or workplace incidents by registering with their email. The platform allows users to track the status of their complaints and facilitates inspections and audits by the authorities.

This initiative is part of the government’s broader effort to enhance workplace safety and labor rights enforcement. The platform is now live and accessible via the Ministry’s website
