A new job platform has been launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to increase the number of Saudi nationals in the workforce. It will apply to both public and private sector employers.
The new platform, 'Jadarat' will bring national employment efforts and job seeker data into one place, whilst focusing on quality and reliability. The main use of the platform will be to connect job seekers with potential employers and available jobs.
The trial phase of Jadarat was highly successful, connecting 114,000 job seekers with 48,000 organisations. It is a further step in Saudi Arabia's 2030 goal to create a thriving economy.
