This report, governed by Legislative Decree No. 198/2006, is compulsory for companies with more than 50 employees as of 31 December 2023, and it refers to the employment status of both male and female employees over the previous two years. For companies with fewer than 50 employees, the report is optional.
The original submission deadline was 30 April 2024, but due to delays in the availability of the new electronic form required for submission, the deadline has been extended to July. The new form will be available on the Ministry’s portal (ClicLavoro) from 3 June 2024.
