The Whistleblowing Act was published on 21 February 2023 in the Official Gazette. This Law will enter into force 20 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, on 13 March 2023.
Within three months from that date, a whistleblowing channel must be implemented in those companies with a workforce of at least 250 employees (by 13 June 2023).
Companies with a workforce between 50 employees and 249 employees are given a longer deadline, until 1 December 2023, to implement the whistleblowing channel.
