Whistleblowing notification to AAI required by 10 April

• Almost six months after it commenced operations in September 2025, the Spanish Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (AAI) has now published the form a business must complete to notify the AAI of the individual responsible for operating its internal whistleblowing reporting procedure.
• The deadline to submit this information is 10 April 2026, and the notification must be made via the following link: Comunicación del Responsable del Sistema Interno de Información (RSII) - Autoridad Independiente de Protección del Informante.
• The AAI has also published guidance to help organisations correctly complete and submit the notification, which can be accessed here.
