New Telework Law Regulations

In September 2022 the Law No. 31572 (New Telework Law) was published, with the relevant Regulations Supreme Decree No. 002-2023-TR enacted on 26 February 2023.

Companies must adapt their employment agreements and policies to the new legal framework on telework by 27 April 2023.
