- From 2025, self-scheduling of working hours is allowed, not only for telework but also when employees work at the employer's workplace.
- In order to be able to self-schedule working hours, the employee and the employer must enter into a written agreement containing many mandatory stipulations.
- Although this new option has the potential to give great flexibility, working time will still need to be properly recorded, and this will require active cooperation from employees.
