New employment rates and limits

• The minimum wage for a fixed weekly working time of 40 hours is CZK20,800 per month or CZK124.40 per hour.
• The average wage in the national economy for the first to third quarter of 2024 amounts to CZK45,107.
• The flat-rate cost reimbursement for teleworking is CZK4.80 per hour.
• Meal allowances and fuel cost compensations have been updated.
