Collective labour agreement extended to all insurance and reinsurance companies

• The collective bargaining agreement for Sector 42 takes effect on 22 December 2025 and remains in force until 1 July 2027.
• Applicability of the collective labour agreement for Sector 42 – insurance and reinsurance activities – has been extended to all companies in the sector.
• It applies regardless of whether companies have signed the agreement.
• Sector 42 includes NACE codes 6511 (life insurance), 6512 (other insurance), and 6520 (reinsurance).

Effective from 22 December 2025 until 1 July 2027, the collective bargaining agreement for Sector 42 will apply to all companies registered under Sector 42 – Insurance and Reinsurance Activities, regardless of whether they have signed the agreement.

Sector 42 covers the following NACE codes:

• 6511 – Life insurance activities.
• 6512 – Other insurance activities.
• 6520 – Reinsurance activities.
