The Authority has announced the establishment of a new permanent coordination committee focused on human rights and human trafficking issues. The committee's goal is to enhance the labour market, protect workers' rights, and ensure a conducive working environment. 

As part of its efforts, the committee has launched an opinion poll on the Authority's website. This poll is designed to gauge public awareness of human trafficking and assess knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. The spokesperson has emphasised the Authority's commitment to organising awareness campaigns in collaboration with the Permanent National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants. 

The Authority will also work with partners such as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the General Federation of Kuwait Workers. They have highlighted the Authority's dedication to protecting workers from human trafficking and pursuing legal action against those involved in such crimes.
