The Ministry of Labour has issued a new decision to establish a guiding model for private sector labour regulations. This decision requires employers with 50 or more workers to create a work system (HR policy). This decision comprises of 71 articles, primarily focusing on the application of Labour Law rules concerning employment contracts, wages, overtime, working days and hours, occupational health and safety, as well as the rights and duties of both workers and employers, and the termination of service. Additionally, it provides more detailed information on specific topics such as training, performance reports, upgrades, secondments, allowances, and attendance.
