The Ministry of Employment has issued new guidance on the Danish Act on Anti-Discrimination (Act) which was last updated in 2019.
The purpose of the guide is to provide employers with a tool to understand the Act and the intentions behind it.
The guide includes, among other things, a section on the amendments to the Act which were made in 2022.
