- On 1 April, several changes affecting social security have been implemented.
- Among these modifications, a protected segment of the unemployment benefit has been eliminated.
- Prior to April, unemployed individuals could earn up to EUR300 monthly without any reduction in their unemployment benefits. However, from April onwards, any additional income will result in a decrease in unemployment benefits.
- The change also impacts part-time employees and those on partial layoffs, who receive adjusted unemployment benefits.
